Nature of the Service

Valencia County Released Inmates is a private navigation and reference resource. It stores no official jail, court, corrections, or release records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request for a visitor, or issue an official document. Links and explanations point toward government sources and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

By using the site, you agree that you will not:

• violate a law or another person's legal rights;
• use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or harm anyone;
• base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision on site content;
• attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems;
• run automated scraping, bots, or bulk collection tools;
• interfere with availability or use by other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Information may not be used to decide:

• whether to hire, retain, promote, or dismiss someone;
• whether to rent or provide housing;
